Ingredients
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup mango chutney, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder
- 8 slices cracked wheat bread
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked, seasoned, and sliced (about 1 lb)
- 1 granny smith apple, unpeeled and thinly sliced
- sharp cheddar cheese, sliced to fit the bread
- 1 large spinach leaves (4) or 1 large lettuce leaf (4)
Directions

In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, chutney, and curry powder; spread the mixture on each slice of bread.
- Divide the chicken, apple slices, cheese, and spinach equally among 4 slices of bread.
- Top with remaining bread slices; cut in half to serve.
