Ingredients
- Dijon Sauce:
- 1/3 cup nonfat plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- fresh ground pepper
- Remaining Ingredients:
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 4 lb.)
- 2 cups shredded swiss cheese
Directions

Preheat the oven to 350°.
- The sauce-in a small bowl, mix together all the sauce ingredients; taste for seasoning and adjust.
- Place the chicken in a lightly sprayed or oiled 9 × 13 inch glass baking dish; sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper (optional).
- Spread the sauce on top of the chicken.
- Bake, uncovered, until the chicken is cooked through, about 35 minutes.
- Sprinkle with the cheese and bake until the cheese melts, about 5 minutes longer.
