Black Forest Smoothie

Clean and surprisingly tasty – the chocolate cherry combo is almost dessertlike. I use Hemp Protein in it as well (3 TBS)

  • I c Almond Milk;
  • 3/4-1 cup Frozen Sweet Dark Cherries;
  • 1-2 TBS Almonds, Chopped or a TBS Almond Butter;
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp Cinnamon;
  • 1-2 TBS Cacao (or GOOD Organic Dark Cocoa);
  • 1 TBS Ground Flax Seed or Chia
