Clean and surprisingly tasty – the chocolate cherry combo is almost dessertlike. I use Hemp Protein in it as well (3 TBS)

- 3/4-1 cup Frozen Sweet Dark Cherries;
- 1-2 TBS Almonds, Chopped or a TBS Almond Butter;
- 1/4-1/2 tsp Cinnamon;
- 1-2 TBS Cacao (or GOOD Organic Dark Cocoa);
- 1 TBS Ground Flax Seed or Chia
