Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups old fashioned oaks
  • 1 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

  1. eheat oven to 300.

  2. Mix oats, almonds, brown sugar, salt & cinnamon.

  3. In saucepan warm the oil and honey. Whisk in vanilla.

  4. Carefully pour liquid over oat mixture. Stir gently. Spread on sheet ban.

  5. Bake for 40 minutes. Stir every ten minutes.

  6. Cool.

  7. Add to storage container.
