Pulled Pork

Cook time: 420 minutes
Serves 12 people
Ingredients
- 1 6.5-7 pound pork shoulder or butt
- 1 tbs mild chile powder
- 1/4 cup salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Onion powder
Directions

Combine all dry ingredients. Rub all of pork with mixture generously.

Cook in crock pot on high for 6-8 hours

Shred when meat is very tender and falling apart.

Add favorite bbq sauce and enjoy on your favorite buns.
