Baked French Toast with Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 4 thick bread slices
- 2 TBSP melted butter
- 1 bag frozen raspberries or strawberries
Directions

In 9×13 baking dish whisk together eggs, milk 1/4 c. sugar, vanilla and salt

Arrange bread in single layer, let soak 15 min.

Turn bread over; cover and refridgerate until most liquid absorbed. (30 min – overnight)

Preheat over 350 deg.

Brush baking sheet with butter

Transfer bread to sheet

Bake until set in center and light brown bottom (25-30 min.)

In Med bowl – combine raspberries or strawberries and 1/4 c. sugar, mash lightly with fork
