Chocolate Monkey Oatmeal

Ingredients
- 1/3 c. regular oats
- 1 packet diet hot coca mix
- 1/2 medium banana, mashed
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1 no calorie Splenda
- dash salt
Directions

Pour cocoa mix into glass with cinnamon, sweetener and salt

Add 1/4 c. hot water, and stir

Once dissolved, add 1/4 c. cold water and stir.

Place mixture in fridge to chill

Combine with banana ad oats in bowl and mix well.

Microwave for 2 1/2 – 3 minutes

Stir and allow to cool and thicken
