Pumpkin Muffins

Makes 10 Muffins, each muffin is 1 weightwatcher point.

Ingredients

  • 6 Tbsp. Flour
  • 2/3 Cup Nonfat Dry Milk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 6 pkg sweet and low (not equal)
  • 2 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup canned pumpkin
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 cup grated carrots
  • 4 tbsp. raisins

Directions

  1. Mix flour, nonfat dry milk, baking soda, sweet and low, pumpkin spice and cinnamon together.

  2. Add the eggs, canned pumpkin, vanilla, grated carrots and raisins.

  3. Pour into sprayed muffin tins. (Don’t use paper cups)

  4. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
