Parmesan Chicken Cutlets

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Italian-style dried bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp paprika
  • 4 (4 oz) skinless, boneless chicken breasts

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400. In resealable plastic bag, combine cheese, crumbs, and paprika; shake well.

  2. Transfer mixture to plate; dip each chicken breast in cheese mixture, turning to coat all sides. Arrange on nonstick baking sheet; bake until chicken is cooked through, 20-25 minutes.
