Ingredients
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 tbsp. milk
- 1 egg
- 1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, well drained
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1 tbsp. melted butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Combine the flour, 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup butter until particles are fine. Pat into ungreased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 14-19 minutes or until golden brown around edges. Cool slightly.

Mix together cream cheese, 2 tbsp. sugar, milk and egg. Beat until creamy and free of lumps. Fold in vanilla and pineapple. Spread over baked crust.

Combine coconut and melted butter. Sprinkle over pineapple filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until coconut is slightly toasted and filling is set.
