Ingredients
- CRUST:
- 3/4 cup Kellogg's corn flake crumbs
- 2 tbsp. snipped shredded coconut
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- FILLER:
- 1 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 cup water
- 1 (6 oz) can frozen orange concentrate
- 1 cup whipping cream

Mix crust. Press into 8×8 inch pan or pie tin.

Mix gelatin, sugar, and salt thoroughly in small saucepan. Add water and cook on low heat, stirring constantly until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat and stir in undiluted concentrate. Chill, stirring occasionally until mixture mounds when dropped from spoon.

Whip cream until stiff. Fold in orange mixture. Pour into crumb-lined pan and chill until firm. Garnish with orange sections. Double to make 9×13 inch pan.
