Ingredients

• 10 eggs
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 1 pint small ciro cottage cheese
• 1 lb Jack cheese, grated
• 1 cube butter
• 8 oz. ortega peppers, diced

Directions

1. Mix in order from top to bottom. Bake in a 9×13 inch pan for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
