Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. small vanilla instant pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup Sherry wine
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Directions

Grease Bundt pan. Sprinkle pecans on bottom of pan.

Mix together all the ingredients for 2 minutes. Bake at 325 degrees for 60 minutes or until cake springs back.

Cool 15 minutes. Take cake out of pan and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
