Kahlua Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon butter
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 24 ounces white baking chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
  • 1/2 cup Kahlua

Directions

  1. Line a 9-inch square pan with foil and grease the foil with 1 t butter; set aside.

  2. In a large saucepan over low heat, cook and stir the white chocolate until melted.

  3. Add in milk and remaining butter; stir until smooth.

  4. Remove from the heat; stir in pecans and Kahlua.

  5. Pour into prepared pan.

  6. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.

  7. Using foil, lift fudge out of pan; gently peel off foil; cut fudge into 1-inch squares.
