Ingredients

• 1 Tortilla
• 1/2 c beef
• 1/2 c shredded FF cheddar cheese
• 1/2 wedge Laughing cow cheese
• 1 TBSP FF sour cream
• 1 tsp taco seasoning mix
• 1/2 tsp taco sauce

Directions

1. Brown meat

2. Place beef, laughing cow cheese and taco seasoning mix in a small microwave safe bowl. heat in microwave for 45-60 seconds.

3. Remove, add taco sauce and mix well

4. Lay tortilla out on a large microwave safe plate, and then warm it in the microwave for 10 seconds.

5. Place the beef mixture in the center of the tortilla. Cover the mixture with the shredded cheese. Place the tortilla, open faced, in the microwave for 40 seconds

6. Remove place and place sour cream on top. Then wrap the tortilla up by first folding the sides and then rolling it up from the bottom.

7. With the seam side down on the plate, heat the wrap for 30 seconds
