Pork Chops with Blue Cheese sauce

Ingredients
- 1 TBSP butter
- 2 pork chops
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 c whipping cream
- 1 oz blue cheese crumbled
Directions

melt butter in large skillet – med. heat.

Season chops with pepper and garlic

Fry chops in butter until no longer pink and juices run clear (20-25 min) – turn occasstionally to brown evenly

remove chops to plate – keep warm

Stir whipping cream into skillet, loosening any bits of meat stuck to bottom

Stir in blue cheese

Cook, stirring constantly until sauce thickens, about 5 min.

Pour sauce over warm porkchops
