Harley Pasternak’s Slimming Salmon

Ingredients
- 1/4 c reduce sodium soy sauce
- 2 TBSP mirin (Japanese cooking wine)
- 2 TBSP agave nectar
- 1 TBSP peeled and minced fresh ginger
- 1 TBSP minced garlic
- 2 salmon fillets (4 oz each)
- 4 oz soba noodles, cooked

In a small saucepan over med.-low heat, bring soy sauce, mirin, agave nectar, ginger and garlic to a simmer

reduce heat and cook 5-7 min, stirring often

allow to cool

pour mixture into a resealable plastic bag and add salmon

refrigerate at least 30 min

preheat over to 400 deg

lightly spray an ovenproof skillet, set over med-high heat and cook the salmon for 4 min. on one side

turn fish, transfer skillet to the oven and cook for 4 min.

serve over noodles
