Ingredients
- 1 lb bag baby carrots
- 3 TBSP unsalted butter
- 1/4 c water
- 1/2 c maple syrup
- 2 TBSP orange juice 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp salt
Directions

Place all ingredients in a med, heavy saucepan

bring to boil over med-high heat, stir occassionally, until carrots are tender and sauce becomes shiny glaze – about 15 min.
