Collard and Mustard Greens

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ea. salt and pepper
  • 1 large 1/2 of bunch of ea. green (soaked in cold water - rinsed and drained)
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 2 TBSP chopped garlic
  • 1/8 c vinegar
  • 1 1/2 TBSP sugar (splenda)

Directions

  1. fill 4 quart pot half with water and season with salt and pepper

  2. bring to boil, sit 2-3 min.

  3. drain and cool

  4. heat oil in pan, cook garlic (light brown)

  5. add greens, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper
