Ingredients
- 1 tsp ea. salt and pepper
- 1 large 1/2 of bunch of ea. green (soaked in cold water - rinsed and drained)
- 1/4 c olive oil
- 2 TBSP chopped garlic
- 1/8 c vinegar
- 1 1/2 TBSP sugar (splenda)

fill 4 quart pot half with water and season with salt and pepper

bring to boil, sit 2-3 min.

drain and cool

heat oil in pan, cook garlic (light brown)

add greens, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper
