Ingredients

• 4 potatoes
• 1/4 c sour cream
• 1 1/2 oz cream cheese
• salt and pepper
• 1/4 tsp - 1/8 garlic

Directions

1. preheat 400 deg

2. wrap potatoes in foil and pierce

3. bake for 1 hr 20 min – until tender

4. Mix all ingredients

5. cut potatoes in half – scoop out inside

6. add to mix

7. stuff potatoes with mixture

8. bake 15 min – 25 min.

9. add bacon bits and cheese on top

10. bake 5-8 min.
