Ingredients
- 1 TBSP olive oil
- 1 lb pizza dough (thawed)
- flour for work surface
- 4 oz gorgonzola cheese (1 c. crumbled)
- 2 oz fontina cheese (1/2 c. shredded)
- 1/3 c pitted dates - coarsly chopped
- pepper
- 4 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
Directions

oven 450 deg.

ved dough in 1/2. on floured surface, roll and stretch dough to 2 16X4 in. ovals

transfer to baking sheet. brush top with 1 TBSP oil

Sprinkle dough with gorgonzola, fontina and dates. Season with pepper

Bake until crust is golden – 15-17 min.

Transfer to board. Drape prosciutto on top and cut crosswise in triangles
