Ingredients
- RUM CAKE:
- 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup of dark rum
- GLAZE:
- 1/4 lb. butter
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup dark rum

RUM CAKE: Mix everything together well and bake in a preheated oven 325 degrees for 1 hour.

GLAZE: Cook ingredients of glaze slowly until the mixture is clear, cool and put over cake.
