Ingredients

• 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
• 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
• 3/4 cup Sherry (extra dry Sherry, preferably)
• 3/4 cup oil
• 4 eggs

Directions

1. Beat all together. Bake at 350 degrees, for 50-60 minutes or until done. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
