Ingredients
- 1 box orzo pasta, cooked and drained
- 2 - 16oz cans crushed pineapple, drained (**Save Juice)
- 2 - 16oz cans mandarin oranges, drained (might need this juice as well)
- 1 large jar maraschino cherries, drained & diced
- 2 - 8oz containers cool whip
Directions

Combine:

2 cups pineapple juice

3/4 cup sugar

2 Tbsp. Flour

2 beaten eggs

Cook until thick, set aside to cool a little.

Mix this with the orzo pasta and let stand for at least 4 hours (overnight if possible).

Mix fruit, orzo and cool whip.

Refridgerate until ready to serve.
