Ingredients
- 12 oz fettucine
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 cup heavy cream
- pepper
Directions

Cook fettuccine as per directions. Drain. Add cheese to cream and let stand. Melt butter until creamy, turn off heat. Add pasta to butter and toss. Add cheese mixture and toss over low heat. Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
