Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
- 1 bunch green onions
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 1/4 cup uncooked rice

In a bowl, mix rice and uncooked hamburger, make meatballs. In frying pan brown meatballs on all sides, chop onions and cilantro and tomatoes. Saute with meatballs for about a minute, add 2 cups of water (more if needed) for extra flavor, 2 bouillon cubes (beef).
