Albondigas

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 2 medium tomatoes
  • 1 bunch cilantro
  • 1/4 cup uncooked rice

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix rice and uncooked hamburger, make meatballs. In frying pan brown meatballs on all sides, chop onions and cilantro and tomatoes. Saute with meatballs for about a minute, add 2 cups of water (more if needed) for extra flavor, 2 bouillon cubes (beef).
