Ingredients
- SALAD:
- 4 oz. rice sticks
- 1/2 cup parsley
- 1/2 head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 head lettuce
- 4 green onion tops
- 6 tbsp. sliced almonds
- 2 tbsp. sesame seeds
- 3 half chicken breasts
- DRESSING:
- 2 tsp. Accent
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup oil
- 3 tbsp. wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

Break up rice sticks in hot oil until brown. Drain on paper towels. Boil chicken until cooked. Let cool. Cup up lettuce, parsley, onions. Put in large bowl. Separate chicken in bite size pieces and put in with lettuce. Top with sesame seeds and almonds, put on rice sticks just before eating.

DRESSING: Combine all dressing ingredients and pour over top of salad.
