Stuffed French Toast

Make night before, bake in the morning.

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese (in 1" cubes)
  • 1/2 loaf fresh French bread (in 1" cubes)
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup syrup
  • 2 cups milk

Directions

  1. Toss cream cheese and french bread cubes in a 9×13 inch pan. Mix eggs, syrup and milk well and pour over bread and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

  2. In the morning, bake covered at 375 degrees for 45 minutes, remove cover to brown the top a little. Serve with syrup over the top.
