Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 cup (about 6 oz) shredded cheese
- 2 tbsp. coarsely chopped tomato
- 1 can (4 oz) whole green chili, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Jack cheese (about 2 oz)

Mix beef, taco seasoning and egg. Shape into 1" balls. Microwave, drain, then set aside. Combine chili, onion, and butter. Brown until tender. Blend into flour and milk until smooth. Stir in cheese and tomato until smooth. Add meatballs and serve.
