Ingredients
- FIRST PART:
- 1 pkg. lemon Jello, small
- 1 (9 oz) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 small can evaporated milk
- 1 1/2 cup hot water
- Juice of the pineapple
- 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- SECOND PART:
- 2 small pkg. cherry Jello
- 1 1/2 cup hot water
- medium size can of blueberries
- 1 1/2 cup hot blueberry juice

FIRST PART: Dissolve lemon Jello in hot water and juice. Cool. Slowly stir in blended pineapple, cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and evaporated milk. Pour in mold. Chill until firm.

SECOND PART: Dissolve cherry Jello, water and juice. Cool. Add blueberries. Pour gently over firm mixture. Chill.
