Pizza Rolls

Ingredients
- 1 c water, very warm
- 1 envelope dry active yeast
- 1 T sugar
- 2 1/2 c all-purpose flour
- 1 t salt
- 1/3 c pizza sauce (filling)
- 1 pkg mozzarella cheese, shredded (filling)
Directions

In a small bowl, combine water, yeast and sugar.

Whisk together and then let stand for 5 minutes.

In a large bowl, combine flour and salt.

After 5 minutes, mix liquids into the flour.

Knead for about 5 minuets.

Place dough in a greased bowl and cover for 30 minutes.

Roll out dough into a rectangle.

Spread with sauce and sprinkle with cheese.

Then roll the dough and cut into 1-in rolls.

Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
