Pumpkin Squares

Ingredients

  • 29 oz. can of pumpkin
  • 12 oz. evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 cup sugar
  • TOPPING:
  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cups butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions

  1. Beat first 6 ingredients together. Pour into 9×13 inch pan.

  2. Combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle over unbaked pumpkin. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Serve with Cool Whip.
