Ingredients
- 29 oz. can of pumpkin
- 12 oz. evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup sugar
- TOPPING:
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/2 to 3/4 cups butter
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Directions

Beat first 6 ingredients together. Pour into 9×13 inch pan.

Combine all topping ingredients and sprinkle over unbaked pumpkin. Bake at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until done. Serve with Cool Whip.
