Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cup plain bread crumbs
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup red wine
  • 1/4 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 3/4 cup Italian grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
  • 3 garlic toes, diced
  • dash of hot pepper flakes

Directions

  1. Mix well

  2. Form into balls

  3. Saute OR bake on cookie sheet covered in foil at 350

  4. When almost baked, put into 2 qts sauce until done
