Ingredients
- 5 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1/2 cup cream or half-and-half
- Nutmeg, freshly grated
- Dash of chicken stock
Directions

Place potatoes in a pot

Cover with water

Bring to a boil

Salt the water
-
Cook until potatoes are tender, about 12-15 minutes

Drain cooked sweet potatoes

Return them to the hot pot

Mash with a little stock and the cream

Add salt, pepper, and nutmeg to taste
