Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter or marg.
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 2/3 cup brown sugar
- 4 firm bananas
- 1/3 cup rum or brandy
- ice cream
- *pecans may be added

melt butter, sugar and cinnamon

cook over med. heat til golden and bubbly

cut bananas and add to mixture, coat bananas

pour rum into mixture. ignite

when flame dies out, spoon mixture over ice cream
