Ingredients
- 2lbs sausage-mild (bob evans)
- 8 cups (1/2 gal) whole milk
- 2 cups flour
- .5 tsp. pepper
- .25 tsp. hungarian paprika

brown and break up sausage in a teflon cooking pot; do not pour off greasse

slowly mix flour with cooked sausage and then add pepper and paprika

finally add milk slowly while constantly stirring til thick (total time about 30 minutes)
