biscuits and gravy

Ingredients

  • 2lbs sausage-mild (bob evans)
  • 8 cups (1/2 gal) whole milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • .5 tsp. pepper
  • .25 tsp. hungarian paprika

Directions

  1. brown and break up sausage in a teflon cooking pot; do not pour off greasse

  2. slowly mix flour with cooked sausage and then add pepper and paprika

  3. finally add milk slowly while constantly stirring til thick (total time about 30 minutes)
