Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs bulk hot pork sausage
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 (31 ounce) can pork and beans, undrained
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can great northern beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 1/2 cups ketchup
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground mustard
Directions

In a skillet over medium heat, brown sausage; drain.

Add green pepper, onion; saute until tender; drain.

Add remaining ingredients; mix well.

Pour into a greased 13×9 inch baking dish.

Cover and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

Uncover and bake 20-30 minutes longer or until bubbly.
