Avocado-Corn Dip

This dip brings the flavor and the brown sugar adds an awesome hit of sweetness. Dark brown sugar and hot sauce lend an olive color to this slightly sweet yet spicy dip.

Ingredients
- 8 ripe organic avocados, peeled and chopped
- 2 2/3 cups organic corn
- 1/2 cup fresh, organic lime juice
- 1/3 cup dark brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/3 cup organic hot sauce
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 1/2 teaspoons organic cumin, ground
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh, organic cilantro (optional)
- Organic tomato, chopped tomato
- Organic lime wedge
Directions

Mash avocados in a large bowl to desired consistency.

Stir in corn, lime juice, brown sugar, hot sauce, salt, cumin, and black pepper.

Cover and chill.
