Ingredients
- 2 medium organic tomatoes, seeded and diced
- 1 medium-size ripe organic avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup organic white onion, diced
- 1 serrano or jalapeƱo pepper, seeded and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons organic lime juice
- 1 tablespoon organic extra virgin olive oil
- Salt to taste
