Northwoods Potatoes

Ingredients

  • This is a favorite from the Northwoods of Wisconsin down to the Penzeys lunchroom. You can easily double, triple or multiply this recipe by 10 and it is just as simple and delicious. The perfect complement to any main dish.
  • 4 Cups chunked red potatoes (about 4 medium potatoes)
  • 1 Cup coarsely chopped yellow onion (about 1 medium onion)
  • 2 TB. NORTHWOODS SEASONING
  • 2 TB. vegetable oil
  • Preheat oven to 375°. Coarsely chop the onion and place in a large bowl. Leaving the skins on, cut potatoes into bite-sized pieces and add to the onions. Toss the potatoes and onions with the NORTHWOODS SEASONING until well coated. Then toss with the oliv
