Chicken PUFFS

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cans refrigerated cresent roll
  • chopped celery and shredded carrots can be added if desired

Directions

  1. Boil chicken until thoroughly cooked

  2. Chop or shred

  3. Preheat oven to whatever cresent roll package says

  4. Mix chicken, onion, garlic salt, pepper, cream cheese and cheddar cheese in large bowl

  5. Take two cresent rolls and pinch seams together, making a rectangle/square

  6. Put anywhere from 1/2 cup to a cup of chicken mixture in the cresent roll

  7. fold up excess cresent roll to form a PUFF, pinching seams together

  8. Place on cookie sheet

  9. Poke a few times with a fork to avoid giant air holes

  10. Repeat with remaining cresent rolls

  11. Bake about 10 minutes until browned
