punk rock pancakes

sunday mornings were made for these.

Cook time: 5 minutes
Serves 4 people

Ingredients

  • 2 c. soy milk
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. wheat germ

Directions

  1. mix everything together.

  2. put some oil on the griddle, heat it up, and drop the pancakes on it.

  3. flip ’em when the bubbles pop.
