Ingredients
- 2 pounds fresh spinach
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 medium onions, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- salt and pepper

Thoroughly was the spinach.

Saute the onions, garlic and rice in the oil

Add tomato sauce and stir
