Ingredients
- 3 small apples
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon rind, grated
- 1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 oz quick cooking oats
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon and 1 teaspoon butter
Directions

eheat oven to 350.

In medium bowl, combine all fruit ingredients.

Scrape into 8" baking dish

In a small bowl, combine oats, flour, brown sugar and cinnamon

Cut in the butter with pastry blender until crumbly

Sprinkle evenly over apples

Bake 35-40 minutes until apples are soft and topping is brown
