food not bombs cornbread

these are mmm, mmm, good.
for a good time, add a can of corn (drained) and some chopped jalapenos. makes a bunch, especially if you triple it.

Ingredients
- 1 c. cornmeal
- 1 c. flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 0.25 c. sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp. egg replacer (optional)
- 1 c. soy milk (or water)
- 0.5 c. applesauce (important!)
Directions

preheat oven to 450 degrees (F).

mix everything.

pour into pan, and cook for 20-25 minutes. or, pour into muffin tins – adjust cooking time accordingly (10-15 minutes, depending on the muffin pan).
