Cranberry Orange Chutney

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fresh whole cranberries
  • 1 orange, juiced and zest cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick

Directions

  1. Place all in saucepan over medium heat

  2. Simmer until cranberries burst and sauce thickens, about 20 minutes

  3. Refrigerate until cooled

  4. Remove cinnamon stick before serving
