Ingredients
- 6 oz halloumi cheese
- 5 T EVOO
- 2 c strawberry slices
- 5 oz baby arugula
- 2 T balsamic vinager
- salt
- pepper
Directions

Cut cheese into 1/2 inch-thick triangles. Heat 1 T EVOO in small pan over medium heat. Brown the cheese on one side.

Toss berries and arugula with 4 T EVOO and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Top with cheese.
