Ingredients
- 2 1/4 tsp dry pizza yeast
- 1 1/3 cups warm water
- 3 1/2 cups flour
- 1 Tbsp Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Salt
- 1 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp Italian Seasoning
Directions

Add yeast to water, let stand 10 mins until bubbling a bit

mix flour, salt, sugar, seasoning, and oil in a bowl

add water yeast mix

mix into dough ball and knead for 10 mins

add to new oil coated bowl, coat dough ball in oil, and let sit covered in warm area for 90 mins to 2 hrs (until doubled in volume)

punch down, divide into 2

let rest 10 mins, then roll out

use for favorite pizzas
