- 3 cups corn flakes
- boneless chicken breasts strips
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 3 tbsp greek yogurt
Directions

preheat oven to 400F and crush corn flakes

dip chicken into beaten eggs and place in the bag of crumbs and place on cooking sheet

bake for 8 to 10 minutes, turning once
