Shrimp Fusilli

can also use chopped cooked chicken instead of shrimp

Ingredients
- 375g fusilli or other short pasta
- 500g vegetable mix
- 1/4 cup flour
- 3 1/4 cup milk
- 1 package frozen cooked peeled shrimp
- 1/3 cup basil pesto
- lemon juice
Directions

cook pasta; then add vegetable and cook for 1 minute; drain and return to pot

on medium-high microwave 2 1/4 cup of milk; whisk flour into the remaining cold milk

add hot milk to pasta and veggies and gradually stir in flour mixture; cook over medium heat for 4 minutes; stir in shrimp and pesto and cook for 1 minute

season with salt, pepper and lemon juice
